• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Accessing, downloading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors
• Fraud, identity theft, or any financial crime
• Drug trafficking or facilitating the illegal purchase or sale of controlled substances
• Facilitating terrorism, extremism, or any activity that promotes or incites violence

4.2 Cyberattacks and Network Abuse

• Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network flooding
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or probing networks or systems without authorization
• Hacking or gaining unauthorised access to any computer system, network, or device
• Deploying malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or other malicious software
• Man-in-the-middle attacks or unauthorised traffic interception

4.3 Spam and Phishing

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Operating botnets or automated spam distribution systems
• Phishing creating or distributing fraudulent websites or messages designed to steal credentials or personal information

4.4 Copyright Infringement

• Downloading, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without the rights holder’s permission
• Operating or participating in piracy networks
• Circumventing digital rights management (DRM) protections

4.5 Service Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to bypass free-tier data limits
• Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the Service to third parties without written permission from Free VPN Mac
• Using the Free VPN Mac infrastructure for commercial purposes without authorization
• Mining cryptocurrency using Free VPN Mac servers or the network
• Excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades service quality for other users

Violation of these prohibited use terms may result in immediate termination of access to the Service without notice.
